Week 2 (Mar. 7) is Foundation (yin/yang) taught by Tanya
Week 3 (Mar. 14) is Leg Strength and Hip Opening taught by Kimberly
Week 4 (Mar. 21) is Sun Salutations and Meditation taught by Tanya
Week 5 (Mar. 28) is Heart Openers taught by Kimberly
Week 6 (Apr. 4) is Arm Balance and Inversions taught by Tanya
